I haven't been taking as many pictures lately, I guess because of the colder weather has been keeping us inside a lot. However, I am not complaining about the winter, it has been nice and mild without feet and feet of snow to shovel. Here are some recent pics of the kids, hope everyone is well.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!
I hope everyone had a wonderful and safe Holiday Season. By request, here are some pics of the kids from Christmas and New Year's. They sure were treated well by Santa Claus, but I must say they deserved it all!

Leila got a Zebra, and walked around giving it milk from a baby bottle all morning.
So Kai thought he would give his new giraffe a bottle too, although it is a ketchup bottle, but oh well!
"See what I got, Casey? It's not for you!"
Leila got a robotic dog from MiMi and Pa, that barks and moves around, she loves it
And she liked the box that one of her new teddy bears came in just as much!
"Thanks for everything MiMi and Pa!!!!"
After Christmas we spent the rest of the week at the beach. And they sure enjoyed it as you can see from the pictures! And yes, Kai has no shoes on! The water was 38-40 degrees that weekend, but he didn't seem to mind. Until we left the beach, that was when he realized he was freezing!

And when we got to the beach we had the chance to see a whale swimming not too far out. The kids loved it and thought it was so cool. I did too.
It started with just dipping his feet in, and ended up like this!

Then it was New Year's Eve
"Happy New Year!!!"
Then the next morning we all did the Fenwick Freeze! The Schultz's and DeCarlo's as well as 300 other people in Fenwick Island, DE took a dip in the freezing cold Atlantic Ocean. It was great!
"BRRRRRRR!!!!"
And Casey got to run around on the beach with the family too!
And we saw a beautiful sunset from Mom and Dad's house on the bay. It doesn't matter how many times you see it, each time it is just as amazing.

It's Fall!
Can you believe it's November? I certainly cannot, but that means Halloween costumes and pumpkin patches and leaf piles. Enjoy the pics, we hope everyone is doing well.
The kids had a couple Halloween costumes, this is Spiderman and Superman (woman) costumes. But it wasn't Halloween, it was just a Wednesday, but they ran around outside in the costumes anyway.
And here is what they wore Halloween night. Kai was a dinosaur and Leila was a parrot. If her costume looks familiar, it should because it was Kai's last year! So I guess she'll be a dinosaur next year!

Kai all ready for his first soccer practice!!!!! Yes he is 3 years old and already on a soccer team. What did you expect?
