Mele Kalikimaka to everyone! We are trying to be environmentally friendly by not sending out paper cards this year, I hope no one is offended! So Kai is wishing everyone a Merry Christmas from us in the below pics. We hope everyone has a happy and healthy holiday season!

"Ummm mom, can someone help me up please?"

Hangin' with Uncle Mike
Ride 'em, cowboy!
Look who can hold his own bottle!

Big boy loves dinner time. At the Dr's office earlier this month, he weighed in at 21 pounds. I think his first words are going to be "more food, please!" Kristina is doing an amazing job of making all of Kai's food. He's eating lots of fruits and veggies, like apples, pears, bananas, peaches, squash, sweet potatoes, peas, spinach, asparagus. Kristina purees it all and freezes it for Kai. He loves it all, but as you can see, it gets messy!!!
So bath time is usually not far behind dinner time! And he loves bath time, too!

"Do you like my pretty sweater? It's nice and warm. Thanks Mr. and Mrs. D'Elia!"

Push up time. "47, 48, 49...50"

Pics from Gramps

Here are the pictures that Grandpa Schultz sent to me almost a month ago. I can't believe it is Christmas time already. I can't even imagine how crazy it is going to be when we buy Kai presents in the future. We tried telling him about Santa and Christmas, but all he wanted to do was pull mommy's hair and eat! I'll post some recent pics of him under the Christmas tree soon. Enjoy the pics of the Schultz family during deer season below. As you'll see, he got passed around while he was there, and he enjoyed every minute of it. I think everyone else did too.

These two look likes twins!

Obviously, as you can see from the pics, the Schultz men don't mind holding babies! Dad and Uncle Terry got dressed up for the occasion...

...and so did Uncle Robbie, that's his good sweatshirt! Here he is giving Kai a bottle.

But the girls had time with Kai, too.
Hanging with Gram...

Playing with Aunt Mary

And even Mommy and Daddy snuck some time in with him!

Rusty wanted to see what all the fuss was about, so she even laid down with Kai. She was just wondering why all the attention wasn't on her for once!

But her and Casey got to spend time together and became friends, as you can see. Here they are playing hide and seek, Casey is camouflaged laying in the bushes

Oh yeah, and we ate...A LOT, OF COURSE! It wouldn't be a trip to Falconer without great food!

Visit to Falconer

Kai had a road trip last month to meet his family in western New York outside of Buffalo. It was a hunting trip for Daddy, Grampa Scott and Uncle Mike, who got to go deer hunting with Gramp Schultz and Uncle Robbie (Kai's great grandpa and great uncle - wow that is weird to say!). Unfortunately, we were not very lucky, so don't have any venison to bring home. But it was certainly fun, and nice to see everyone. Kai had a chance to stay at Uncle Terry and Aunt Brenda's beautiful home, visit with Uncle Rob, Aunt Diane and cousin Leo and spend time with Great Grandpa and Grandma Schultz. Although she hasn't been feeling well lately, she had a great time with Kai and looked GREAT!!!

Here are a few of the pictures. Technologically savvy grampa schultz sent me some others, that I will try to post soon.

Four generations of Schultz men!

Casey and her new best friend Rusty played together all weekend, in and out of the house!

Uncle Mike having a cup of joe before sitting in a tree stand for 8 hours and seeing nothing!
And surprisingly, this is what it looked like outside one of the days we were hunting. Snow... in Falconer...HOW SHOCKING!
At least I saw something alive. That's a turkey in the middle of the picture

Kai wanted to go too, he even wore his camo to try and convince daddy he was ready! You only have to wait about 17 years or so...

"OK, I'll just play with mommy, then!"

Back at home, relaxing by the fire

Someone is getting flexible. Here Kai is stretching out before his daily workout with daddy.

"Who wants a hug???"

It's Halloween! Boo! ...or should I say Mmmoooooo!!

So Kai's first Halloween was fun. He told us he wanted to be a veal, I was surprised he even knew what that was!!! And mommy took these pictures with the fall scenery around him.

We even walked around the neighborhood so he could say hi to some of the neighbors in his outfit and he could ham it up...well, beef it up (sorry, that was a Grandpa Scott joke!)

Mommy and Daddy even had a chance to go trick or treating on Halloween. Can you guess what we were? Hint: you would call me for help eliminating spooky specters, and you couldn't call mommy because she would be in rehab???
The next day the family went for a walk at Ridley Creek State Park to enjoy the fall foliage and the nice weather

If you notice the sleeping bag type thing he is in, it is thanks to Darin Triolo. Yes, love cruise champion Darin Triolo. Kai loves his comfy sack he gets to use outside for walks and in the car. Thanks Darin!

I added some scenery pics for Aunt Jeanette who is in Houston and misses the changing of the leaves here in PA.

I feel like Julie Do taking pictures like these!!!

And as usual, little Kai was asleep by the end of the walk.

And finally, I just had to show everyone what it looks like when Daddy is in charge of feeding time!!!! What a mess!! Believe me, he did eat some of it, though!
